Convert PSD to HTML Templates Online

I ran into a design shrine that introduced a “PSD to CSS” website.  The “PSD to CSS” spot is an online tool where you could upload your psd file and walk away with html.

Psd2CssOnline is fast, very easy and free.  After converting your PSD, you may view your html page right away.  The best part is probably the fact that you can download template files immediately.  The template files can be easily edited with Adobe Dreamweaver CS3.
