Acrobat PDF Options

There are four options when it comes to creating Adobe PDF documents with Acrobat Professional 9:

  1. Create a PDF from a file - Some file types include Microsoft Office files, InDesign files, digital images, and some others.  Most of these file applications will allow you to create PDFs without opening Adobe Acrobat Pro, now that’s cool!
  2. Create a PDF from a scanner - This option is best if you have a paper copy.  Adobe PDF will connect to your scanner should you choose this option.
  3. Create a PDF from a webpage - Creating from a webpage is very easy.  Its as simple as typing in the web page url and pressing “Create”.
  4. Create a PDF from a clipboard - The clipboard option will create a PDF file from items you have copied during your computer session.
