A few months ago I bought a Kindle for me, and it is amazing, I can read hundreds of books without any need to carry them or even buy them, it’s great.
Thank you for this tip, now I finally can view full document without any footer, it’s amazing.

It is very sad that it is impossible to install foxit on Kindle dx, cause it is running much faster than adobe can even imagine.
