The Dreamweaver CS4: The Missing Manual book talks about linking within a web page in Chapter 5. No need to fret if you’re using the CS3 version. You’ll find it in the Dreamweaver CS3: The Missing Manual as well.
If you’d like to use hyperlinks to let your readers jump around your page, then highlight your anchor text and link it by adding the pound sign, # followed by the anchor name.
