How to Create Videos for Smartphones - Steps to Dreamweaver Timeline Animations
The first time we’ve examined timelines in dreamweaver for animation was in the How to Make Dreamweaver Straight-Line Animation in Buy Buford Cookbook Kindle Edition Template blog post tutorial. For more details in creating an animated text and image please complete the following steps:
1. First insert your image into a AP Div as discussed here. This we will think of as the first layer.
2. Insert some text like “Same High Quality Software used by Fox News…” into another AP DIV. Think of it as the second layer.
3. Open the add layer to a timeline page to help you along the way.
4. Use Alt-F9 to open the timeline panel.
5. Drag the first layer to the timeline. apDiv1 should show in the timeline panel.
6. On the timeline, click on the first keyframe, which would be at the 1.
7. Next drag the layer on the page to where you’d like the animation to start.
8. Click the key frame at the very end of the timeline.
9. Now drag the same image layer to where you’d like the animation to end.
10. You are now at the point where you can move on to the second layer. Repeate steps 5 through 9 using the second layer.
The F12 key on your keyboard will allow you to view the page and animation with firefox. Click here for a sample output of this procedure.
