Where do I put actionscript code in Adobe Flash?

This may be a very common question for Adobe Flash CS3 beginners.  Seeking where to place ActionScript is one of the best places to start if you plan to make flash files.

The answer you see for is to goto Windows > Actions, or simple use the F9 key.
