What is Twitter, Download Retweet Buttons - Tweetbacks

Twitter, retweet, tweetbacks, what’s all this chirping?

First off, Twitter is a free social messaging utility for staying connected in real-time. According to TechCrunch, “Retweeting occurs when someone takes an original message on Twitter (a Tweet), sticks an “RT” in front of it, and spreads it further to their followers”. And lastly, Tweetbacks are like trackbacks that list tweets about a specific post.

Problogger, Darren Rowse, tweeted that he was reading the Beyond TweetBacks: Introducing TweetSuite blog article and I’ve decided to chime in too. Tweet Suite is a wordpress plugin that will allow twitter users to retweet a message. I’ve decided to upload the plugin on this site and have noticed the outcome here on this How to Create A Text Box With Tabs - Spry Tabbed Panels - HTML tutorial.

Download Retweet Buttons

The retweet button is apart of the Tweetsuite plugin and its color is blue. I had the desire to recreate my retweet button with a red gradient blend to match my page. I’m so happy for the It’s Twitter Time! Free vector icon set where you can “download free retweet buttons” to use freely on your website. They come in Adobe Photoshop’s psd format for editing and png’s are available too. I’m now off to changing the color, adding the “Retweet This” text, and resizing the image for this blog.
