It would make sense to simple goto File > Export > Movie to export the movie to flash format. However, I found out numerous times that’s not the way its done. Try going to File > Export > Adobe Media Encoder instead. The correct “format” to use for Youtube, Google, Myspace, Yahoo Video Sites is H.264. I happened to use the “Adobe Flash Video” format for the google upload because the video came out better that way.
Adobe Premiere Pro has already designated the recommended export settings for the Youtube, Google, Myspace, Yahoo Video Sites. Just choose the “preset” that corresponds to the specific video site. Using the preset isn’t entirely necessary. Feel free to adjust your settings as necessary to have your video exported at the best quality.
The export came out as a Quicktime MPEG-4 Movie file.
